If your newsroom is already set up on MuckRock and DocumentCloud, and listed at https://accounts.muckrock.com/organizations/ you’ll be able to see the admins who can add or remove users listed there.
If none of those folks are still in the newsroom, don’t panic.
Reach out to [email protected] from your work address (not your personal gmail please!) and let us know what is going on. Give us the URL (it will start with https://accounts.muckrock.com/organizations/ ) and let us know when the admins left and who should be managing the account going forward.
We can move a lot faster if you loop in someone like a Managing Editor or more senior staffer who can weigh in.

Tip! If they’re in the newsroom, but not in your department (maybe you’re in digital and they’re on the investigations team? Or you’re on the enterprise team and they’re in product?) telling us that they don’t work there anymore is going to slow our process down!
